Naturally all our guards hold SIA licences and we have the professional capability and established training facility to provide additional training to our officers, specific to your business needs.
TRAINING
Our officers are fully trained and proficient in:
- Level 2 BTEC Edexcel Door Supervision
- Basic Job Training (Static and Patrol) Security Guarding.
- CCTV Public Surveillance Systems level 2.
- Health & Safety.
- Communications Skills.
- The Law.
- Fire Safety.
- Patrolling.
- Site training according to clients’ specification, rules and regulations.
| SELECTION PROCEDURES |
| Step-1 : |
We visit our client’s site and spend time on site to find out the precise job specification, role and recommend tailored solutions. We also make constructive discussion with the client and, where possible, introduce cost saving initiatives to our clients. |
| Step-2 : |
We advertise and commence our recruitment process in accordance with the site requirement. |
| Step-3 : |
Our HR Department starts screening procedures as soon as applications are received. All potential security officers are vetted on their 10 years background history without gaps. Personnel screening are strictly conducted in accordance with BS7858 and ISO9001 Standards. |
| Step-4 : |
Once potential candidates are identified, interviewed and full recruitment on probation process is initiated and the best candidate is selected. |
Step-5 : |
Company Induction training and an initial familiarization site visit and training. Officer deploys on site. |
