This approach reflects Everest's own culture and philosophy on the development of staff and the improvement of service standards. All of our staff involved in cleaning are enrolled on the BICSc training programmes, starting with their Level 1 qualification. This formal training both raises standards and provides nationally recognised qualifications, promoting professionalism and recognising achievement.
