Everest personnel are trained to respond to various types of potentially dangerous situations, in a calm and professional manner all in accordance with BS7499 and BS7984.

Whether they are responding to a real intruder alarm situation or a health & safety response, to a 'Customer Down' alarm, they proceed according to the customers requirements and liaise with Emergency Services and Alarm companies, to ensure that your premises or staff are safe and secure and we are able to stay with the premises until secure or customer arrival.

We will liaise with Police Officers, ensuring that we obtain full details of the officer attending and any other reference details for insurance claims or other reporting matters.
